Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Med. Chem.

Presentation Topic: The development and application of novel E3 ubiquitin ligase ligands
    • Targeted protein degradation (TPD) has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy to expand the druggable proteome and overcome resistance mechanisms associated with conventional therapies.
    • Rational optimization of E3 ubiquitin ligase ligands aid to enhance both target binding affinity and metabolic stability.
    • The development of E3 binders with favorable physicochemical profiles contributes to broadening the scope of targeted protein degradation.
    • Targeted protein degradation holds great promise in oncology, with evolving E3 ligands enabling more degraders to advance clinically.
