Dr. Du Yingying graduated from Fudan University with a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine. She currently serves as the Senior Manager of Field Application Science for the ProteinSimple brand under Bio-Techne Group, overseeing technical teams and managing key collaborative projects. With over a decade of experience supporting clients in the biopharmaceutical field, she assists customers in developing characterization analytical methods for biological samples, publishing articles, and securing patents.

Presentation Topic: 突破界限：全自动技术驱动的靶向蛋白降解新纪元

• 靶向蛋白降解（TPD）及诱导邻近效应研究需依赖稳定可靠的高通量蛋白质检测技术，以支持大量样本、降解剂浓度及时间点的筛选。传统Western blot等半定量方法耗时耗力且重复性差，制约了内源性靶标的表征分析。本次演讲将阐述Simple Western™技术如何实现全自动蛋白质降解分析，提供可靠且可重复性良好的定量蛋白表达数据，并兼具分子量分辨能力以提升特异性。

• 高效检测技术应用：采用最新Leo仪器（3小时可全自动完成96份裂解液样本的蛋白表达分析），加速评估PROTACs通过蛋白酶体降解途径清除雄激素受体（AR）的效率。
