Founded in March 2021, ChomiX Biotech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing) is dedicated to the development of innovative small-molecule drugs.With cutting-edge chemical proteomics  as its core, the company focuses on drug screening in living cells, the discovery of novel targets for active drug molecules, and preclinical development of small-molecule innovative drugs.

ChomiX was initiated by several leading scientists in chemical biology, including Academician Zijian Guo from Nanjing University, Professor Chu Wang from Peking University, and Professor Jin Zhao 、Professor Jie Li、Professor Ran Xie from Nanjing University. Our core team comprises experts from top global universities and research institutions, bringing deep expertise in chemical proteomics, medicinal chemistry, and cell biology.

To date, the company has completed multiple rounds of private financing and received strategic investment from PharmaBlock. ChomiX is dedicated to the preclinical development of innovative small-molecule drugs. Leveraging our proprietary chemoproteomics platform, we have collaborated with over 200 pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, universities, and research institutes both in China and internationally—striving to overcome the undruggable barriers of disease targets and accelerate new drug discovery.
